Tenn was referring to) meets the ocean-N of the San Vicente river wash-which would limit any terminals in immediate vicinity of the San Vicente delta S of town-

should be fairly easy to set up a dock where the deep water meets the main road and pave the main road for a few miles to the terminus of the present pavement in Erendira-would reduce trucking costs,eliminate port storage costs /hassles w govt games (if Navial built a ship station N of Erendira) etc, and wouldnt have to wait/continually be bumped for/by container ships
