$RSO has consistently maintained the high yield it has for several years now.  Given the fact that the gap between the 52 week high and low is not very far apart at all, $RSO is a very safe, high yield, REIT, imo.  A quarterly dividend payout of .20 or higher for 30 consecutive quarters on a stock that hangs in the $5-7 range is astounding.

Happy to be a shareholder here.  RSO continues to roll out the dividends quarter after quarter.
