I asked admin what was up with deleting some of the posts.  Any post that refers to other posters will be deleted as Off-Topic or TOS including direct quotes from other sites (ie: Mailbag).  As they put it: "Nothing that the company writes or posts trumps the rules here"  Sorry about that.
