You know things must be bad for MMTE investors when people start wishing they had a reverse split, and a massive R/S at that.  At a R/S of 1000 to 1, anyone with a million shares will end up with only 1,000.  Of course, this will not effect the preferred shares William allotted himself, because his shares are exempt.  The 25 BILLION share A/S will become only 25 million after a 1000 to 1 reverse split, so the share structure will become fairly attractive provided MMTE has anything to offer investors.

Unfortunately, most investors have heard of William now, and regardless of the hype that might follow such a R/S, investors will be wary.
