I would imagine that at this point in the process, they should be able to guarantee approval after all these meetings, letters, conversations and interviews that supposedly have ocurred. In my eyes there should be no question whether or not the FAA is going to approve them and Baltia should know this by now and be able to guarantee it in some way.
