If board members do not wish to see every single message posted on this board, you can change your settings so only posts addressed to you are sent to your e-mail.

Click on "Settings" listed at the top of the page.

On the right hand section of the screen under "My Settings" click on "Notification Settings"

This message will appear:  Receive Email Notification When a Member Posts On a Board I Have Board Marked:

Yes No Change this setting to NO.

This is all there is to it. Now you should only receive messages addressed to you.
