Sorry I am a little behind.  When did MATT sign the NDA???  I am still curious why INIX just lowered their AS to 1 billion from 3 billion.  I emailed MATT months ago and he said he may be interested in the company.  Would be a good fit.  Have not done any DD on SOHL.
