I've heard a while ago in my state, which MMJ is still being considered, that if legal the state is planning to control the collectives and will be regulated tightly, and that rang a bell with Gavin Newsom's endorsement. Perhaps state run collectives, what the heck is the Federal Government gonna do about that? Send troops against the state?
