We could probably create a class action lawsuit! Except he doesn't even have a POT to pee in... Hell, he's got a $250 tax bill from 2009-2013 that he isn't paying... He's probably living in a van down by the river. So a lawsuit would be satisfying, but he is so poor all he has is his 2 cents. Nothing to likely gain I'm afraid.
