Hello CDFT!

This is my first post on this board, but I thought I'd try to answer a question regarding the time frame it takes to complete a S-1 form for registration. This is the info I came up with doing some DD.

When I went to the Security and Exchange Commissions website to look at the S-1 form that I assume will be the form that is filed around 31July the burden time in hours is estimated at 972.32. IMO I am estimating the time frame could be in September. JMO.
