Why incorporate in another State, in crease the share count, and let your incorporated company be over due in another state, then pay up front to become current again in 2 states?
Is he thinking of splitting the company up and taking the assists to another company in another state and leaving the debit to MMTE?
There's one JV I wouldn't want to see happen !
