I recommend the Nutrabullet, best 100 bucks I've spent in a while. Great powerful little shake maker, and super easy to use and clean.

Mix kale, flax, frozen blueberries, almonds, banana, frozen pineapple, almond milk, protein powder, any other alkaline/antioxidant food you have around, and Voila, a super healthy delicious shake, with all the ingredients available at Costco in bulk for cheap.

Soon as I started with this thing I shed a couple pounds, better digestion, better energy.

And a grilled steak with broccoli and baked potato hits the spot every now and again as well.....
