(pinksheets:HIMR) ("Hollund" or the "Company") announced today that Hollund will make its "State of the Company Address" to shareholders on Friday, July 19th, 2013 utilizing the OTC Market Channel as its venue.

Management plans to hold a shareholder conference call at the end of the 3rd QT, however, for this week's announcement, it was determined a phone conference would not provide investors with the affect that a visual delivery would bestow.
