Here's my working theories about the beauty that is our new accounting firm.

1. The new CFO picked them because he has a history with them and a comfort level.

OR

2. If SIRG has funding, the backers made SIRG go with this firm because they have a comfort level with them and want Marcum watching over SIRG because of their large investment.

These are just my theories, based on nothing specific to SIRG, but common things I know can happen with new CFOs or new funding. Either way, positive I think.
