Yes, but that will change with the upgrade and probably even with the 10Q filing as well. I would suspect that Ray has many things in the works and has been held back from moving forward on, due to the ongoing Audit/10Q process. This is kind of like trying to hold back a race horse (Ray), but it's coming from the company's legal councel. Once it's filed it will release his reins.
