The question is - do they have enough funds to get through the gate...  That would bring the environment LT is looking for.  Either that or they need to get creative...  That would mean considering the credit lines or even getting some of IG's shares back to the Treasury for sale....  He may have all those shares, but he woud be wiser to let some go in that they rest get some value....
