We cannot loose sight of the fact VONAGE holds currently over 200 Patents, and they still were found to have violated 5 of 7 VERIZON VOIP PATENTS and 2 SPRINT/NEXTEL that the Judgement was upheld in Federal Appeals Court.

That would certainly be a "Roadblock" until all parties agree to settle.
