I find it amazing that they have been able to control SIRG so easily as there has been nothing negative about SIRG, in fact the replacement of their old accounting firm with Marcum LLC, one of the top 15 accounting firms in the country.

Before an accounting firm accepts a client they do vet them and clearly SIRG passed all their qualifications.
