Well that would mean he was already paid then, Cuz we have been told that our $25K in loans will be paid by end of this month. Read the filings that
came out. There is no private placement into CYBK. There was only our loans and MD who was
the consultant who put the deal together. Without MD the reverse merger would not have happened.
The unfortunate part of this deal was the wild card,
Mr. Pierce Fleming who obviously screwed everyone involved including all common shareholders by continually dumping shares on the open market from 15 cents down to 0.0088 today. Pierce Fleming most certainly violated
several SEC rules and IMO should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
