Again I have to totally disagree, that all the chart tells you is what has happened, if that were so why even chart, because you already know what has happened in the past. The chart gives you insight into what is about to happen in the future, that's the whole reason for charting,!!!! to predict future movements from events happening now, and to predict how strong future moves will be!!!
