I am the Project Manager assigned to the Chloride Mine, Aquifer Protection Permit (APP). The APP permit is in process. I am sorry but I do not know who is managing the Air Quality permit. Brian Munson is the consultant with the engineering and construction firm CDM Smith and may be able to provide additional information.
