I did the same for pennies that I have not bought yet. SEC reporting only. However if I am in one and it has circumstances such as this one where we have the previous CEO dumping against sec rules
and we have the new CEO starting to put filings out, I try averaging down if I have the funds.
I won't buy too many more until the S-1 is filed based on how many I own now.
