yeah i actually emailed smallcapsmarket email--and inquired if he was working right now--he wrote back that he hadn't been hired to promote any stocks. but then i replied looks like you're busy promoting short positions on SKTO and that its illegal not to disclose that. He wrote back that he didn't need to get paid to bash that POS. LMAO.
