If Clarke wants to hold up the S1 for a measly 25k it will be a sad day. I can scrape up 25K if I wanted to.
We are floating in the .01 area for a reason and that is a good thing. That tells me there is an agreement involved with the current PPS level.
The share structure remains the same. PROVEN!
Clarke pays the private loans of 25K off and we are home free for a GREAT FUTURE.
