$5M Loan + NTEK Partnership signified a HUGE turning point for HHSE...With the TCA line of credit, they have all the money they need for new acquisitions (films, libraries, companies, etc...) and existing revenues can be used to pay down any outstanding debt, on the way to becoming a debt free company soon...in the meantime, NTEK partnership added tremendous synergies by realizing Eric/CEO's brainchild (VODwiz, the NETFLIX of independent movies) at ZERO upfront cost, zero administrative, zero billing, additional personnel costs, thus monetizing their library and the libraries of many other indie film studios that will want access to VODwiz that will be 1st to market with streaming movies, TV Books, TV Textbooks using NTEK's 4k technology...one or two years ahead of NETFLIX...that's HUGE...profits are exponentially growing at HHSE since VODwiz will be streaming on EVERY DEVICE IN THE WORLD...so going from DVD's at mainly retail Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Amazon, in the United States (~300Million people) to access on a global scale  (~7Billion people) increases the target audience by 23 fold...e.g.  assuming only 100k people were buying HHSE's DVD's in the US, by keeping the same ratio globally, 2.3M people would be downloading those same movies...percentagewise, it would be the same...HUGE increase in profits though...

Good times ahead for HHSE and its shareholders...
