ECOB Contract Releases on the Move as Home Builders Continue to Employ Eco Red Shield™ Protection

VISTA, Calif., July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Building Products, Inc., (OTCBB: ECOB) announced today the company has secured additional releases for Lumber, Labor, Trusses and EWP products coated with Eco Red Shield™ protection representing over Five Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Dollars($515,000.00) in gross revenues to the Company. Cornerstone Communities Corporation has released four additional triplex's on our current contract to build 37 triplex's representing 111 units for Cornerstone Communities "Veranza II" project located in "The Summit at Eastlake" Chula Vista, California. Heritage Building and Development has released an additional 11 homes at the Santa Rita project, located in Otay Mesa, Chula Vista, California.

E Build & Truss division of ECOB will be responsible to provide framing labor and truss packages coated with Eco Red Shield™ protection. These releases are for current contract orders with production home builders. The Company is now working diligently to increase the contract base increasing the monthly total contract releases.
