Rocky (Ron) the only reason you would push an MMTE  lawsuit to reclaim money investors sunk into MMTE is because you and your friends do not want to be named as co-conspirators in a criminal suit.  MMTE has nothing, so your approach is a waste of time.  There is simply no money available to claim.  I hope investors see though your distraction and see it for what it is.  However, I fully believe there are criminal charges that can be brought, and I have detailed those charges.  If you have proof Maestro was in fact William, then you can run with stock manipulation charges for certain.  Perhaps he posted and/or communicated on the Google research board, and you had personal contact with him.  But as for reclaiming lost money, MMTE has no money listed in the bank account, no concessions listed in their filings, no office equipment for a virtual office, no car, no nothing.  Not even a pot to piss in.  The millions William pulled out of MMTE are all safely hidden away, and you cannot touch it.  Criminal charges are the only way to go.
