Yes the audit is required for a form 10-12g. The other route is Form S1.
This means SKTO is a fully SEC transparent co and must file 10q's, 10k's and form 8's for any and all material events such as a contract or an acquisition or a LOI. There are many other forms to be filed but those are the main ones.
