Don't feel bad joseywales,  I buy .038's and it dips to .029 on an "uptrend" no doubt.  I buy .025's and it dips to .022 on an "uptrend" no doubt.  I buy .022's and it dips to .....................Well you get my point.   I was green for ten minutes recently.  It's like there is a conspiracy against TECO shareholders or similar!
