What just happened is what happens with TECO's PPS on a daily basis for years now because there is generally  little fact and fewer milestones for the market to latch onto.  Two drilled wells in the three years I've been a shareholder is atrocious.  TECO's finanicals, market cap, share structure, etc need to improve drastically to curve this ongoing bullchit!
