 If VZ aggressively went after Vonage for VOIP Patent Infringements, they would had to have at the very least sent a Cease and Decist letter to TORQ after reviewing their operations. Same holds for Sprint Nextel. Still have not seen filing by VONAGE for "Relief in Federal Court"

But Nothing out there while they were (TORQ) generating Revenue....
