So now Rocky wants (or intends) to finally collect data to send to the SEC. It is about time and one must wonder why it took so long. Will this data include sworn statements from his "friends" saying they had private meetings with William where all was laid out in detail specifying what MMTE would be doing, with whom, and when? This was the real deception for MMTE investors. People really did believe these stories, and they traded on this information too.
