I sent an EMAIL yesterday late night to IR EPGL and got response today about SEC filling.

Please let me know When is EPGL is going to file with SEC to become fully  Reporting company? 
Is this possible EPGL will file with SEC in 2nd quarter and we will get this news in August?

As we indicated previously, our team is working with SEC to strategize best timing for filings which is the first step to up-listing tiers. 

DTCC chill  removal was the first step. 

The process is underway now, but we will not forecast beyond this information at present.  Please watch for SEC filings.
