reason was twofold

1. work on it until you get to where you want to be.

2. establish a firm foundation for others looking in and those that follow, (as I think some here will retire).

We have already kicked up a lot of good information and Sunny had done a Fab job with the board info.  That said, the job may be somewhat more challenging when there are 20k posts.
