My take is bashing and pumping affect newbie investors and sometimes well versed ones which in turn will affect the PPS. How much depends on the investors.  It is the Investors who make or break many companies. It's PPS can only be what people are willing to pay for it at these levels. But this is just one of many factors that matters in determining PPS You also have Promotions Paid and Unpaid. The Balance sheet and filings for a company. Is the company producing revenue currently or planning to in the near future? Is the Business plan viable in todays market? Does the company have a reputation for dilution or reverse splits? Does the CEO have a good or bad REP? Is there one or many on the board of directors? Consider law suits? Consider history of the Ticker symbol. Charts obviously come into play for pattern trading. Is the company groundbreaking or run of the mill for its field? Insider trades can be key follow the money I always say! Call the Transfer agent daily if concerned for share structure and contact any companies involved in PR's for LOI's and such to confirm involvement (sometimes productive sometimes not)......... that is just a few items out of hundreds easily.

As for BMSN my Opinion is until confirmed news either way on FDA approval this will stay between low 3's and low 4's

Bad news = 2's and down to teens

Good news = .007 to over a penny
