I totally concur as my little birdie sources tell me the same, bottom line, DO NOT SHORT TECO STOCK, and I'm not giving investment advice.  I just have a very high confidence level that Treaty is about pull it out and do some major things right after 4 years of fumbling the ball every time they tried to run with it.  I am very bullish and I am buying.
