$HIMR From todays article. And news out today of an announcement in 6 days. Response on the message boards ranged from confusion to aggravation to excitement. The market however clearly spoke to strong anticipation of a concession having been secured. Topping out the day’s volume with 302,852,992 shares traded, HIMR actually began to show some significant signs of life on the Bid side of the market.
