So, was this the news that was supposed to knock our socks off?

Forgive me if I sound a little negative.  I've waited a long time and this doesn't do anything for me.

1. “the company will pick a construction partner soon” means what?  Probably no plans or site yet.

2. Where will financing come from?

3. When would we actually see revenue from this project?  2013, maybe?

4. All of this is based on the LOI which could be rescinded at any time.

5. So what was the company doing between January and June when Team Energy became available?
