Those brief morning dips to .0017 were fraudulent in my opinion, and I've already contacted Schwab regarding them.

Their first initial response was the possibility it was an "arranged sale" (i read that as manipulation!!), or as someone else surmised, the moment before any standard houses reset the GTC orders on an equity that cannot be traded PM/AH.

They really didn't have a good answer for me.
