Effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, July 15, 2013, Knight
Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: KCG), a member of the KBW Capital Markets Index
(KSX(SM)), will undergo a decrease in shares due to the expected completion of a
reverse merger.
