You say "My opinion is if a producible well comes in for SJ#3 you'll have plenty of time to buy shares on the cheap as news ripples out to investors" If you were around for the last Belize announcement;  you would know that the PPS ran from .04's to .13 within hours.  I don't consider that plenty of time if one isn't watching TECO's trading on a daily basis or more often.  Once the news of  Belize leaks out;  the volume will reflect it IMO.  Once the news if official;  it will be the chase of the century just as it was in January of 2012.  See historicals below:
