The 10K left a bitter taste in everyone's mouths.  I understand that it represented results of 2012, but folks are very worry whether it would happen again, i.e., the 2013 10K to be filed in June 2014, with 1.5B or more OS, with shares awared to unknown "consultants", with still not CFP, ...

Treaty management needs to do everything it can to change this perception.
