lol I read these boards daily and skip a lot of the crap over at I-Hub. I get tired of the same old crap over there. This is kind of refreshing! I'm more of a do it yourself type guy and don't want to depend on all the other talk. We have a nice company here and why should we or better yet why would we have to pump it? I'm not done buying yet!, but did grab 150K this morning. I had thought about more but wasn't quite sure if the mm's were done playing their games yet.

Will try to hang out here more and keep ya company. lol
