IMHO, whoever wrote the IPO Agreement representing CYBR's interests and signed it has caused for great harm to the shareholder base - not taking swift action against the party who may have breached is suspect at best. The CEO clearly "did not" know what he was doing, even though he indicated he had - or - there is more culpability to this group of business exec's than meets the eye. This is an amature ball with rookies on the field - all with the public's money in hand. This is completely unacceptable and is all I will have to say publicly on this matter - for now.
