The wording of your post needs a bit of clarification. Parts of this post are directly true regarding the process by which most wells go through, e.g. running casing in particular environments when necessary. So while, the technical aspects of this post are correct, all information relating towards the status of San Juan #3 are to be considered circumstantial until Treaty releases information on the well's status .
