THATS IT! $1 mill and  Run your co and good luck. $1 m market can absorb and its a WIN WIN for all. These "CEO' go wild by doing a reg D then a Reg A then debt conversions preferred conversions, Rule 505 then 506 a Pink cant handle a $10 mill dilution. Chinese are the worst!
