HEADS UP on the 345pm news.EVDR results
1) When news is out @ 345Pm and it trades flat no volume = no shareholder support tough climb up! Any small group of sales can tank it.
2) When it trades huge volume but ends up lower = Overhang. Thats what happened when DR Robot was introduced. (we know who the seller was so thats life. The good part is they are out)
3) When it trades UP and finishes UP on strong volume (15 min only) = no overhang, good shareholder support! Thats where EVDR sits as of Monday! Only small glitch is if you look at L2 there is some profit takers. Yes its a small glimpse into the window but its amazing how it forces peoples hand to disclose their actions. Our signature line is 345PM and 925AM Prs. Use to be 700 AM Pr but our RD found 925AM much better. A filing mid day lifts the fatigue.
IRs are called "flights" 345Pm and 925AM Prs and mid day filings is our flight path. On many deals we are in the background unseen unheard.
