I don't think it applies here, but one of the worse things about a penny stock is for management to keep hinting of good news just around the corner, but that news never seems to quiet make it. And that causes investors to become very negative. I cannot think of any terrible news that may be out there, so I believe HIMR when they say its coming. Just anxious I guess.
