It seems from the long term chart looking at the PPS and volume together that when the volume dwindles and is decreased considerably the PPS follows and when the volume rises, so does the PPS, generally. What is interesting about playing a short term position (trade) right now is that it is more a bet on the possibility of future volume increase than much of anything else. I think at par value or below, it looks like a decent play with a better than average chance of making money. Just my opinions. All investors and traders should do their own DD and make their own buy/hold/sell decisions without allowing anonymous paid internet message board bashers and other manipulators from influencing their own sentiment on the company or the stock. Some of them seem to enjoy poking fun at others speaking their mind about company STORIES and calling them names and claiming they are paid company shills and pumpsters looking to front-run others so they can dump on the poor helpless buyers who get into what they call a pump and dump scam by the insiders but what they don't tell you is that typically THEY are the very ones manipulating the stock and sentiment on the message boards for their own agenda to syphon money out of real hard working investors who are looking for extra alpha in the penny stock market, otherwise known as the scum swamp. 
You must unlearn what you have learned. The dark side clouds everything.
