Not sure what's taking so long,they had the concession at least a month or 2 before the funding,they can't still be negotiating the cost,so maybe it's the tree count that's holding us up & making sure they give us the correct value of the concession.Or it's the harvesting method that's not ready,maybe they need divers if tigerlynk prototype can't be used.
